It appears to be some sort of modded Fiat 500 coupe, according to some Google-fu.

The hoodline and headlights are all wrong to be a 500. For a minute or 5, I thought it was Autobianchi-based, but that’s wrong, too. The doors look totally like 500 items at the frame, but the hinges are in the wrong place, as is the chrome trim and bodyline. The hood appears to be front-hinged as well, which I think is wrong for a 500.

I’m still looking...

Yep. On second (ok, eleventh) look, those doors are original Nuova 500 ones which have been cut on an angle at the bottom (the perspective was throwing me off), and the bottom hinge moved up a fair way. The front is a mishmash of Fiat parts and custom work (see the hood), so I agree with the “custom” assessment. Maybe a carrozzeria job. Very cool, might be worth it to see if Raph or Mate know.
